IsoQueue

Register to use IsoQueue at your facility

Note: For profit locations will need to have a payment method on file with us in order to use this system. Click here for costs
Nonprofits & Civic use organizations/locations may use this system at no cost.

In order to use this system you will need to have/provide one touch device (iPad or Android phone or pad) per employee at the entrance and exit to check in/out people. These devices will need internet access via Wi-Fi in order to access the IsoQueue software system. These devices do not need a cellular data plan, and will not send any text messages. These devices and internet access is not included nor provided by IsoQueue.

Need a Contract? We can do contracts as well, so let us know what you need in order to get through the red tape. But feel free to setup your system now for your review and testing.

Dedicated systems: In the event you are interested in use for a large urban area or entire state, we are prepared for, and can setup dedicated servers & systems to meet any anticipated demand. A monthly fee would be required to lease the server for the use time period.

Need to pay us something? If you meet the free voting or civic use criteria, but somehow paying for this service facilitates your using this system, then feel free to let us know how much you want to pay, and we'll send you an invoice for that amount.

Company & Billing Info This section is the overall organization info. Please do not enter the intended system use location info here, unless it happens to be the same as the main company info.

First Facility/Location info
First Location info You can add additional locations after your system is setup with the first location below. You will be able to copy existing locations to new locations to make this process easier.
You will be able to change these at any time via your admin panel.

By default, we will enable "Minions Mode", which means that the system will automatically check in/out users from your queue so that you can do testing. You can test with any number of actual users, and the queue will be randomly fluctuating in numbers. You can disable this on your main admin page after testing.
Facility Name should be the actual facility name, like "Smith Elementary-Polk County voting" and not "Polk County voting-Smith Elementary", as this will make the text from address more intuitive and helpful to the users. In some cases, this may be the same as the Company Name above, like "Trader Joe's".

Text Message Address For example:
    ButlerBOE_HamiltonRd_Smallville_CA_222 @ Isoqueue.com
The limit is 40 characters before the @ symbol, minus the state, three digits (to be assigned), and two underscores.
So, you have 33 remaining characters to use.
Ideally, this address makes some sense as in the example above.
You will not be able to change this address later, and it must be unique for every facility you have in this system.
We have pre-populated this from the items you entered above, please adjust as necessary.

Reminder & Removal from Queue
  • The system will send each user a text message when it's their time to check in at the entrance.
  • After the number of minutes here, they are sent a reminder text.
  • At 2x this many minutes, they are removed from the queue, and sent a text letting them know.
  • 1/2 this many minutes is also used for sending out notices to come to the entrance when you open. So, if you set this to 7 minutes, at 3 minutes before opening time, the first X (see item below) people are sent their notice, so that at opening time, you should have people just arriving at your doors.
  • Choose this number based on the higher end of how long it takes (see your statistics section later). So think of a parent getting a child out of their car seat, and walking to the entrance.

[2x this is removal]

This depends on the number of employees you have with a device using the employee interface. If you have multiple entrances, then your number will be higher. It would be expected to be > 30 per employee w/ interface.
